Our Quality Philosophy

 

 

The Concept of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is to continously meet the expectations of customers through adoption of the quality service understanding by the organization. In this system, the fundemental of service provided by the organization is the customer satisfaction. Our Hospital implements the Quality Management System with its best by continuously ameliorating its services and by correcting the possible faults and errors that may occur during the service within the shortest time, in order to provide the highest levels of patient satisfaction.  

 

As Kudret Eye Group, started its efforts to obtain a ISA 9001 Quality Management System in the year 2002 and was granted with ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate as a result of survey conducted by TÜV CERT in the year 2003.  As of the date, our hospital has been continuing its activities by ameliorating its service quality.  Our efforts for ever - ameliorating our service quality will continue.
